Natural Process

Anaerobic.(No Oxygen) is a long fermentation process using air tight steel tanks. This coffee is very intense without being too boozy.

Aerobic  2 differed ones. One is with a naturally occurring fungus. This adds a deep banana smell and flavor to the coffee. We think it is the best we have. The other is without the fungus. This one is more tropical fruit and not Banana.

Fruit infused. We make 3 different ones  Pinapple, Orange, and Banana  these coffees don’t taste exactly the same as the fruit partner  but this adds lots of citrus and sweetness.

Yeast enhanced. We use a yeast we developed ourselves  it adds a certain Citrus and mellowness unmatched by any other coffee we make.

Long  fermentation. if you like a boozy coffee you will love this one.
